Email is the primary way to reach Smash&Clash. We read every message. Use it for support, privacy requests, grievances under India’s DPDP Act, takedowns, and Agent Arena questions.

## What to include

- For gameplay or account issues: your in-game name or player profile link, what you were doing, and the device/browser.
- For privacy or deletion: say “Delete my data” in the subject and include the player id / profile link (and account email if you signed in). Parents or guardians may write on behalf of a child. Details: [Privacy Policy — deletion](https://www.smashandclash.in/privacy#deletion).
- For Agent Arena / MCP / OpenAPI: the endpoint, the JSON you sent, and the `code` from the error body if you received one.

We aim to acknowledge grievances promptly. Smash&Clash is an individual operation; there is no separate phone switchboard. Do not send payment-card data or passwords.
