What to include

• For gameplay or account issues: your in-game name or player profile link, what you were doing, and the device or browser.
• For privacy or deletion: put “Delete my data” in the subject and include the player id or profile link (and account email if you signed in). Parents or guardians may write on behalf of a child. Details live in the Privacy Policy deletion section.
• For Agent Arena / MCP / OpenAPI: the endpoint, the JSON you sent, and the code from the error body if you received one. Start at /developers.

We aim to acknowledge grievances promptly. Smash&Clash is an individual operation; there is no separate phone switchboard. Do not send payment-card data or passwords.
